Main applications of flame-retardant conveyor belts
Flame-retardant conveyor belts, also known as integral flame-retardant conveyor belts, are made by impregnating and plasticizing or vulcanizing an integral belt core with polyvinyl chloride paste. They are characterized by high strength, large carrying capacity, and balanced transportation. This product also possesses excellent flame retardancy, anti-static properties, impact resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Mainly used in underground coal mines. Features of this belt include: no delamination of the belt body, low elongation, impact resistance, and tear resistance. According to different structures, it can be divided into PVC type (plastic surface) and PVG type (rubber surface added on the basis of PVC) integral flame-retardant belts, complying with the MT914-2002 standard.
○ PVC flame-retardant conveyor belts are suitable for conveying materials under dry conditions with an inclination angle of 16 degrees or less.
○ PVG flame-retardant conveyor belts are suitable for conveying wet materials with an inclination angle of 20 degrees or less.
