Types of edge conveyor belts (ordinary type, large-angle corrugated edge conveyor belts)
The sidewall conveyor belt is a large-angle corrugated sidewall conveyor belt, which was first successfully developed and promoted by a British company. Its production and promotion in China was introduced from Japan.
The large-angle corrugated sidewall belt consists of three parts: the base belt, the sidewall, and the baffle plate. The sidewall prevents material from slipping and falling. To facilitate going around the roller, the sidewall is designed in a corrugated shape; the function of the baffle plate is to support the material. To achieve large-angle conveying, T-type and TC-type are used. The sidewall and baffle plate are connected to the base belt using a secondary vulcanization method, which has very high connection strength.
Corrugated sidewall conveyor belts (ordinary large-angle corrugated sidewall conveyor belts) varieties: According to the different properties of the cover rubber, they are divided into ordinary type, heat-resistant type, flame-retardant type, cold-resistant type, acid and alkali-resistant type, oil-resistant type, etc.
